This is a small-sized, undescribed species from Vietnam. They can adapt to a wide range of ventilation conditions, however, maintaining humidity and soil moisture is crucial because dry conditions can be fatal. Generally, they prefer higher ventilation or drier conditions if ventilation is low. It's important to note that if ventilation is too low and conditions are too wet, it can lead to an increase in mancae and adult mortality. The species is typically active and surface-dwelling, making it easy to locate within its enclosure. Like other Armadillidae, they can curl into a ball when disturbed, although they seem to conglobate less than other species.
