Caribena versicolor is a medium-sized arboreal species from the island of Martinique in the Lesser Antilles. They are among the most popular and sought-after species in the tarantula-keeping hobby, loved by new keepers and veterans alike due to their vibrant coloration. Two color forms are known; however, the red form is rarely seen in the hobby.
